The Fulton Industrial Park

Hawkridge Creations executed the complete site transformation of this 5.26-acre commercial lot. From raw earth stripping to final grading, we eliminated the scope gap and delivered the site fully stabilized and compliant with Rocky View County standards.

  • Heavy Earthworks Precisely graded over 12,800 cubic meters of net material (10,375m³ structural fill / 2,446m³ cut) to exact structural elevations. Managed comprehensive ESC protocols to satisfy county standards.
  • Deep Utilities & Stormwater Mitigation Constructed a 1,105.90 m³ capacity stormwater management pond, built to an exact spill elevation of 1021.060m. Executed direct connection tie-ins into existing 1500mm municipal PVC storm mains. Installed distinct 150mm PVC potable (PW) and fire water (FW) mains.
  • Surface Execution & Turn-over Completed 3,135 m² of commercial landscaping (14.7% of site) aligned perfectly with utility company (Atco, Telus) crossings, planting required trees and shrubs.
